• 1. Project Implementation • Conduct project design review meetings with partner villages, providing feedback to update project designs and budgets. • Coordinate and co-facilitate training in financial literacy, behavior and mindset change, water and health sanitation, village savings and loans associations, agriculture, livestock care, and health outreaches. • Implement RTV’s project methodologies to increase household income and reduce extreme poverty. • Develop and submit lists of required goods and services to the procurement and logistics officer. • Verify goods/inputs prior to distribution. • Conduct project follow-ups, providing support to community groups and households to ensure compliance and continuation. • Identify risks and issues, offering mitigation measures and recommendations. • Hold regular meetings with leadership and community members to discuss performance, participation, and perceptions of RTV projects. • 2. Reporting and Administration • Develop and manage work plans. • Complete weekly field reports and support donor reporting and proposal writing as needed. • Attend and participate in weekly staff and cluster team meetings to address issues, successes, and next steps. • Submit weekly financial requests and accountabilities to the Senior Project Officer. • Take photographs for the data repository. • 3. Monitoring and Evaluation • Provide feedback and recommendations to the Project Officer, Senior Project Officer, and program team to improve RTV’s operations. • Suggest activities to be redone, reviewed, or introduced to ensure project sustainability and community impact.

• Strong training and facilitation skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. • Fluency in local languages where RTV operates. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). • Understanding of community-based development principles. • Ability to organize work, manage changing priorities, and meet deadlines. • Capable of working independently and collaboratively to achieve shared goals. • Problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively. • Strong work ethic, flexibility, and relationship-building skills with colleagues and community members. • Positive attitude in a fast-paced, challenging environment. • Physically able to hike high terrain and travel approximately 90% of the time. • Ability to ride a motorbike is a strong advantage. • Education and Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Social Science, Social Work, Humanities, Community Development, or a related field. • Minimum of two (2) years of relevant field experience in last-mile communities. • Equal Opportunity Employer • Raising The Village is committed to diversity and inclusion.
