With funding from We wonder Company, Kulika Uganda is implementing a project to train Coffee farmersin Regenerative Agriculture in Mbale, Sironko, Kapchorwa and Manafwa districts.
Kulika is seeking dynamic, resilient and experienced individual to join our team for the position of;

Purpose of the Job
The Project Field Officer shall take lead in the implementation of the project. They will work with Coffee Farmers and training providers to facilitate regenerative approaches, promote innovation, and support the growth of group-based farming projects, contributing to sustainable livelihoods in the target communities. The officer will also support the development and implementation of Kulika Uganda strategies for skills development income generation and livelihood improvement. He/she will plan, direct and coordinate these activities and ensure the growth of coffee farming.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in implementing coffee related projects, preferably within the NGO or development sector.
- Motorcycle riding skills with a valid riding permit is mandatory
- Demonstrated experience working with coffee farmers and cooperatives is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to design and implement community-based projects within tight timelines.
- Practical understanding of Key Farmer training, vocational skilling, and regenerative agriculture approaches is added advantage.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Willingness to work in rural areas with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of local languages spoken in the project areas is an added advantage.
