PURCHASE OFFICER – 3 POSITIONS

Hillnate is recruiting Purchase Officers on behalf of its client in the manufacturing industry. The successful candidates will be responsible for procurement activities for the engineering department, with a focus on materials and spare parts for Electrical and Instrumentation operations, ensuring timely availability of materials, spare parts and tools necessary to support plant maintenance and operational efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS

• Source materials and spare parts for Electrical and Instrumentation operations within a manufacturing plant, including cables, lugs, fuses, sensors, PLC systems, control panels, instrumentation equipment, , electrical components, and other related maintenance materials required for plant operations.
• Manage suppliers (local and international).
• Handle RFQs, POs and inventory (SAP is a plus).
  Knowledge of spare parts (fast and slow moving in a manufacturing plant environment.
• Previous experience working in a sugar factory, distillery, or related process industry environment is highly preferred.
