• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and check them in using the hotel system. • Manage room reservations via phone, email, or online booking platforms. • Check guests out efficiently and process payments (cash, card, mobile). • Provide information about hotel services, amenities, local attractions, and transportation. • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries. • Handle guest complaints or requests promptly and professionally. • Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and guest details. • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for timely room readiness. • Monitor guest satisfaction and escalate issues when necessary. • Keep the front desk area tidy and organized.
