• Serve as the first point of contact, providing exceptional customer service to students, parents, and visitors. • Assist with the admission process, including inquiries, registrations, and follow-ups. • Perform administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, managing records, and handling correspondence. • Support marketing initiatives by promoting IIHAS programs and events to prospective students and families. • Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area, ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.
