KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Greet and assist visitors and staff in a polite and professional manner.
• Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
• Maintain visitor logs and manage access protocols.
• Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries.
• Support administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and correspondence.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
• Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a receptionist or front office role within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Neat, presentable, and customer-service oriented.
