Info-Code Consults Limited is hiring a Receptionist / Cashier to carryout the following responsibilities;
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Receive laundry items and ensure proper tagging and documentation.
• Handle petty cash, mobile money, and card transactions accurately.
• Issue receipts and maintain transaction records.
• Coordinate with operations and processing teams for order tracking.
• Call or notify customers when their laundry is ready.
• Handle customer complaints politely and escalate when necessary

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
• Certificate or diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service, or
• related field.
• Previous experience as a receptionist, cashier, or front desk staff is an
• advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good computer skills (Excel, POS software, WhatsApp, and email).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• High level of integrity, honesty, and professionalism.
• Fluent in English and at least one local language
