REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Statistics, ICT, or a related field.
• Analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Good working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets, including lookups, filters, and pivot tables.
• Good communication, documentation, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet strict daily deadlines.
• Previous exposure to fintech, mobile money, banking, reconciliation, or transaction processing is an added advantage.
