Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Coordination
• Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
• Customer Support and Relationship Management
• Issue Resolution and Risk Management
• Project Monitoring, Documentation, and Reporting
• Customer Education and Service Improvement
• Team Collaboration and Resource Management

• University Degree in any related field
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a project coordination or management.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects.
• Experience in customer-centric or service-driven environments is an added advantage.
