• Registering copyright works and rights, assignments, and licenses; and related contracts, agreements or documentation • Maintaining and updating the registry database to ensure accuracy and accessibility of records. • Implementing laws, policies and guidelines to enhance the registration process. • Supporting the administration of registration laws, policies, standards and guidelines. • Attending to queries from interested persons on all registrations in conformity and compliance with statutory requirements. • Assessing and managing the collection of non-tax revenue accruing from registrations. • Conducting hearings and issuing decisions in disputes in issues regarding the registration of copyright works and rights. • Issuing enforcement orders on behalf of the Registrar. • Providing technical advice to the public on the general aspects of the registration processes.
