• Attend all required study training, orientations and meetings. • Be physically present in the assigned implementing district whenever required. • Recruit participants including screening for eligibility. • Obtain informed consent and enroll participants. • Orient the participants on the study • Conduct In-depth interviews with participants • Note-taking during FDGs • Record data on data collection forms (paper-based, mobile electronic device, laptop). • Translate verba timely the interview notes • Check data for quality and completeness. • Transfer data regularly to the supervisor • Communicate regularly with the supervisor to ensure effective implementation of the study activities including sufficient enrolment and implementation according to protocol, ethics and other regulatory approvals. • Solve problems together with the supervisor

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma. • Experience in qualitative research. • Ability to master new tools as required. • Ability to respect the confidentiality of participants. • Strong interpersonal communication skills. • Demonstrated organization and problem-solving skills. • Attention to detail and ability to record data with precision and accuracy. • Computer skills: Word • Fluent in speaking and reading English and Luganda. • Candidates must have legal authorization to work in Uganda.
