• The candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Public Health; Statistics, Population and reproductive health; or social sciences with specific training in research methodologies and research ethics. • She/he must have at least two years of Operations Research experience in relevant health programs with demonstrable knowledge and understanding of health research; implementation research and research grant writing. • Skills in abstract writing are a requirement for this job. • Proficiency in various MS officer packages and working knowledge of English and commonly used local languages is a necessity. • Must be trust-worthy, flexible, reliable, and able to work under pressure, with the highest levels of integrity and confidentiality. • Non-judgmental approaches regarding race, religion, culture, sexuality and lifestyle are critical.
