RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR [2 POSITIONS]

We are seeking a skilled professional Supervisor to join our F&B Service team.

Requirements and skills

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of food & beverage operations.
• Inventory and cost control knowledge.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills (Excel, Word).
• Ability to handle guest complaints professionally.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Presentable and well-groomed.
• Flexible with working hours (evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Able to work under pressure.
• Proactive and detail-oriented.
