KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supervise and coordinate waitstaff, cashiers, and cleaners to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor service quality, addressing customer feedback and resolving issues promptly.
• Train and motivate staff to maintain high standards of service and professionalism.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations across all operations.
• Assist in scheduling shifts and managing staffing levels to meet demand.
• Report operational performance and challenges to the restaurant manager.
