KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Drive sales and revenue growth for our Muyenga condominium projects.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, agents, and key stakeholders.
• Conduct engaging property viewings, professional presentations, and effective negotiations.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets while contributing to overall business growth.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in condominium and real estate sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet or surpass sales targets.
• Familiarity with the Ugandan condominium market is a strong advantage.
