Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Kampala. The Sales Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage a portfolio of existing clients, and promote printed products, promotional items, and signage solutions. Daily tasks include prospecting and cold calling, conducting sales presentations, preparing quotations, and negotiating pricing and terms. The role also involves coordinating with production and delivery teams to ensure order accuracy and timely fulfillment, maintaining detailed sales records, and meeting agreed-upon sales targets. The Sales Executive will provide ongoing customer support, gather feedback, and contribute to sales strategies that enhance market reach and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and business development skills, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
• Strong client relationship management, customer service, and negotiation abilities.
• Basic knowledge of printed products, promotional items, and signage, or a strong willingness to learn.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
• Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple accounts and deadlines.
• Comfort with using common office software and CRM or sales tracking tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an on-site environment in Kampala.
• Prior experience in sales, marketing, or a related field; experience in printing or signage is an added advantage.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
