We’re Hiring: Sales Specialist – Safari Tourism

We are currently looking for a motivated Sales Specialist to join our growing team.
- Location: Kampala, Uganda (Hybrid – with occasional remote flexibility)
- Position: Full-time
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Identify potential customers and promote tailored safari packages
- Manage customer inquiries and provide outstanding service
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
- Support onboarding and training of team members when required
- Meet and exceed sales targets

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
V Strong communication and customer service skills V Experience in sales and sales management
V Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships
V Experience training or guiding team members is an advantage
V Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment
