We are currently looking for a motivated Sales Specialist to join our growing team.

• Location: Kampala, Uganda (Hybrid – with occasional remote flexibility)

• Position: Full-time

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Identify potential customers and promote tailored safari packages
• Manage customer inquiries and provide outstanding service
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
• Support onboarding and training of team members when required
• Meet and exceed sales targets

 

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

 

V Strong communication and customer service skills V Experience in sales and sales management

V Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships

V Experience training or guiding team members is an advantage

V Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment
