Dreyz Interior Design School is seeking a professional, highly organized and proactive School Administrator to oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the school and provide excellent support to students, lecturers and management.

Key responsibilities.

• Manage student inquiries, applications, admissions, registration and onboarding.
• Maintain student records, attendance, academic fles and other school documentation.
• Coordinate class timetables, lecturers, examinations, assessments and practical sessions.
• Follow up tuition and other student payments in coordination with Accounts.
• Coordinate student internships, graduation and other school activities.
• Communicate professionally with students, prospective students, parents and lecturers.
• Support student recruitment, marketing activities and upcoming intakes.
• Prepare school correspondence, reports, notices, meeting minutes and administrative documents.
• Manage the school calendar and ensure important academic and administrative deadlines are met.
• Maintain an organized, professional and welcoming school environment.
• Support management in implementing school policies and improving administrative systems.

Qualifications.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Education Management, Human Resource Management or a related field.
• At least 2 years’ experience in administration; experience in an educational or training institution is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
• Excellent record keeping and organizational abilities.
• Professional, confident and able to deal effectively with students and the public.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail and ability to work with minimum supervision.
