• Enforce and implement laws and company policies. • Implement and maintain safety protocols and measures. • Monitor security systems, including surveillance cameras, alarms and access control systems. • Respond promptly to security breaches alarms and other emergencies. • Conduct regular patrols of the buildings and ensure only authorized personnel have access to restricted areas. • Prepare and submit monthly reports, including details of security breaches, incidents, suspicious activities and surveillance findings. • Supervise the performance of the external security firm. • Oversee and manage attendance registers. • Verify and record the exit of tenants. • Report complex cases to the police and follow up on their progress. • Report incidents of theft, burglary, vandalism and other criminal activities. • Secure all exits, doors and windows after operations close for the day. • Handover the day`s activities and office keys to the next shift in charge before signing off. • Ensure security lights are switched on by 7p.m and turned off by 6 a.m. • Any other related duties that maybe assigned.

• A minimum of Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education or holder or equivalent. • At least five years of experience in the same role. • Clearance or certificate of good conduct from Interpol Uganda police. • Demonstrate good communication skills. • Report writing skills. • Analytical skills. • Basic knowledge of computer skills in Microsoft office. • Good interpersonal skills. • Proven experience with leading Teams. • Emotional intelligence. • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service. • Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines and standard accepted practices. • We are an equal opportunity organization; both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
