• Manage the cash box for foreign currencies. • Conduct spot counts of cashbox and petty cash. • Address unjustified variances between cash on hand and Statement of Account (SOA). • Approve petty cash replenishment amounts for branches and Points of Sale (POS). • Confirm cash amounts collected from POS or banks for replenishment. • Authorize and sign petty cash and cashbox payments. • Specify payment sources (bank) and methods (cash, check, transfer). • Review and sign reconciliations for banks, suppliers, branches, and sister companies. • Approve fixed assets documentation and oversee depreciation processes. • Perform stock evaluations and record related transactions in the accounting system. • Verify all closing steps are properly prepared and reconciled. • Prepare financial statements for analysis. • Analyze balance sheets and income statements. • Review payroll prepared by the HR department. • Prepare control reports for accounting tasks.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Master’s degree or specialized certifications are an advantage. • Proficiency in English; French is a plus. • Minimum of 6–7 years of relevant accounting experience with demonstrated leadership and analytical skills.
