Lapaire, Clear Sight Changes Everything. Senior Branch Manager Location: Kampala, Uganda The Senior Branch Manager will lead operations in one of Lapaire’s Optical Centers in Uganda. This is a key leadership role, responsible for branch performance and also for driving new growth strategies, strengthening B2B partnerships, and boosting B2C sales. The Senior Branch Manager will work closely with the Operations Manager and Area Managers, managing a team of a Junior Branch Manager, Sales Representatives and an Eye Specialist (Optometrist or OCO).

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• 1. Strategic & Growth Responsibilities • Identify and execute new revenue opportunities (B2C and B2B) for the branch. • Build and nurture external partnerships (referrals, collaborations with other businesses and brands, etc.) • Analyse market and branch performance trends, and propose new strategies. • Collaborate with Marketing and PR on campaigns and represent the branch in networking and promotional events. • Drive client acquisition, retention, and customer satisfaction initiatives. • 2. Oversight & Leadership • Oversee junior BM’s handling of stock/inventory & finance management. • Train, mentor, and coach the sales team to boost performance. • Ensure the branch delivers on sales, customer satisfaction (NPS), and financial targets. • Maintain a professional, welcoming, and safe branch environment aligned with Lapaire standards.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
