• Manage and design special projects initiatives from conception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery • Collaborate to identify and design project requirements and objectives, e.g., promos, synopsis, and overall look and feel, with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations teams. • Work with the team to ensure that Next Media earns sales from government, civil society organizations, the manufacturing sector, construction, embassies, and any other special projects assigned to you. • Proactively work with clients to ensure continuous value addition and repeat business from Next Media. • Participate in client pitches from beginning to end while building relationships to enable business development in the market. • Provide on-air support to potential and existing clients to ensure they receive appropriate support from all areas of the Next Media business. • Ensure to provide an updated master list of all assigned client spending potentials. • Always ensure to perform excellently any other duties as may be assigned by your supervisor in line with your position. • Ensure that your supervisor(s) receive weekly performance reports to track the progress of targets on your portfolio. • Perform all other duties as assigned by your supervisor in line with your duties

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. • Minimum 4 years of experience in project management, preferably in a commercial or business development environment. (Experience in media will be an added advantage.) • Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish. • Excellent project management, organizational, and time management skills. • Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work under extreme deadline pressure. • Demonstrated passions to provide exceptional service to meet our customers’ business needs • Graphic design and content creation skills.
