KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Monitor, report, and act on key metrics such as ETA, Search Coverage, Surge, Utilisation, and Finish Rate.
• Own weekly city-level performance reviews and proactively identify areas for improvement.
• Drive growth in Scheduled Rides, Bolt Send, and High-Value Categories (e.g., Comfort, XL).
• Manage scout activations, funnel quality, and lead tracking to ensure we meet monthly supply targets.
• Lead monthly booster events and regular driver roundtables in Kampala and key towns.
• Implement ongoing training and comms to improve driver experience and retention.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
• 4–7 years of experience in operations, logistics, mobility, or marketplace businesses.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel/Sheets and operational dashboards.
• Proactive, structured, and comfortable working with ambiguity.
• Confident communicator — able to work with field teams, BPOs, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Passion for mobility, rider and driver experience, and solving real-world problems.
• Ideally experienced in working in or leading in Uganda or similar markets.
