KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• 1. Accurate identification of customer needs and accurate repair order preparation. • 2. Take all steps to address, resolve and follow up all customer complaints in the shortest time possible. • 3. Update customers on progress of work and notify them of any changes to manage client expectations. • 4. Carry out post service follow ups to ensure that customers are fully satisfied with services rendered. • 5. Adhere to the Service Manuals – Fix it right (Kodawari) and safety (Anzen) standards.
QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
• Minimum of a Diploma in Automotive/Mechanical engineering • At least 2 years’ experience in the mobility/automotive industry • Key competencies, skills and personal attributes • Ability to drive and possessing a valid driving license. • Good communication skills • Interpersonal skills • Ability to provide excellent customer service • Conflict management • Attention to detail
