KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage office communications (phone calls, emails, and correspondence)
• Organize and maintain electronic and paper filing systems for easy document access
• Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment
• Assist with basic bookkeeping, including processing invoices, expense reports, and reimbursements
• Reconcile petty cash and prepare financial reports as needed
• Provide efficient and timely support to ensure smooth office operations

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role
