• Submit daily production (including commercial & scrap /attendance/maintenance reports for the entire machines to management. • Provide machine care and maintenance for all the machines. • Ensure proper communication with respective department heads & execution of instruction, requisition and ensuring proper use of raw materials, manpower and consumables. • Support management on anticipated equipment failures. • Give technical support during the maintenance of machines. • Ensure quality of finished products. • Organize, lead and supervise the activities of the staff under the job title holder. • Maintain discipline of manpower in all the sections. • Ensure safety at the workplace at all times.

• A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from recognised University. • At least 5 years of working experience as a Shift/Mechanical in a similar work environment • Computer literacy. • Knowledge of electronics systems is an added advantage. • Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic equipment. • Interpretation of electrical drawings and circuits.
