Software Developer – Loan Management Systems (LMS): We are looking an experienced Software Developer to manage and improve our Loan Management System.

The role involves system development, integrations, and ongoing technical support.

Requirements:

• Develop and maintain the Loan Management System
• Build and manage APls for integrations
• Handle database management and optimization
• Troubleshoot system issues and support users
• Manage Linux servers and deployments
• Support integrations with mobile money and fintech platforms
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in fintech or microfinance
  Strong experience with Loan Management Systems
• Good understanding of lending / loan lifecycle processes

Technical Skills

Java (Spring Boot), MySQL / PostgreSQL / MariaDB, REST APIs,Hibernate / JPA, Linux server management

Added Advantage

• Experience with MTN/ Airtel mobile money integrations
• Experience supporting live financial systemsaragraph text
