KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Review of tax computations and tax returns for the firm’s clients.
• Review tax computations and returns.
• Oversee tax advisory and compliance engagements.
• Manage tax audits, investigations, and appeals.
• Provide advisory on transfer pricing and tax governance.
• Develop tax training schedules and market services to clients.
• Manage junior team members and participate in recruitment.
• Work on budget planning and billing/collection.
• Motivate the team and conduct evaluations.
• Key result areas are as follows:ü Effective execution of tax advisory projects.ü Participation in business development and marketing.
• ü Adherence to ethical practices.
• ü Accurate and timely report submission.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Law or related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, ADIT) is an advantage.
• At least 5 years of experience in tax advisory, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
