• Grow company SOGA, RMS and CMS within the Territory as shall be projected by the AOP numbers. • Develop sales strategies to address grow CMS (Customer Market Share), SOGA (Share of Gross Add) and RMS Revenue Market Share. • Utilize market research and effective competitor analysis to develop and implement sales plan/strategies that will give Airtel an edge over completion. • Act as a consultant on planned Marketing campaigns within the territory. • Track & evaluate campaign effectiveness within the territory. • Tracking of Territory Network KPIs on service delivery and site productivity. • Drive desired customer experience in all Airtel Experience centres/ touch points in the territory. • Manage, develop, and motivate staff. • Any other duties as may be assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or equivalent training in business or sales management. • Masters /post graduate qualification in business management is added advantage. • 8-10 proven successful years of sales with a combination of direct and indirect (distributors) market approach in the Telecommunications Industry or FMCG environment. • Able to operate in a performance driven organization. • Customer focused. • Strong planning and organizational skills. • Strong analytical skills.
