KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
What You’ll Do
- Schedule and coordinate daily transport for field installation teams
- Manage company vehicle allocations, maintenance and service records
- Monitor fuel consumption and enforce fuel usage policies
- Liaise with clients on site visit timing and access
- Maintain transport logs, trip reports and driver records
- Ensure all vehicles are roadworthy, licensed and insured
- Support the operations manager with logistics planning

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
Who We’re Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Transport Management or related field
- At least 1–2 years experience in a transport or fleet coordination role
- Valid driving permit (Class B minimum)
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Familiar with Kampala roads and greater Uganda geography
- Honest, reliable and calm under pressure
