• Work collaboratively within the Project team and with the Client to maintain positive relationships • Liaise with the Commissioning Manager to ensure the mobilization of the Vendors is in accordance with the Vendors Representative Schedule • Responsible for developing a Vendor Training Plan for the facility • Develop a list of all Vendor contacts • Responsible to contact Vendors for intervention activation • Upon arrival at the Site ensure the Site Induction is completed for all Vendors • Arrange a KO meeting at the Site between the Vendor and/or Construction & Commissioning teams • Set up the Training Centre for the Vendor Training and provide administrative support to the Vendor during the training sessions • Ensure the Vendor has submitted all training presentation material in advance • Liaise with the Company Training Coordinator for the ongoing effectiveness of the Vendor Training Program • Responsible for the collation of records to support the Vendor Training Program • Responsible for the collation of Vendor timesheets and close-out reports • Direct and coordinate all expediting activities • Can initiate working on tasks without being told to • Liaise with Project Supply Chain Management and Package Managers / Engineers

• Associate degree (or equivalent) in relevant discipline or equivalent on-the-job experience • 3 years of lead or supervisory work experience dealing with Vendors and Training Programs • 5+ years of relevant experience ideally with an EPC Contractor in the oil & gas industry • An experience in the Supply Chain is an added value • Demonstrates a broad technical knowledge of construction and commissioning activities • Able to effectively communicate solutions and concepts to other engineers and non-engineers • Must have strong English communication skills, both oral and written. Second language is a plus • Must have excellent computer software skills in MS Office suite as a minimum • Must have good Presentation skills for meetings with Vendors, Site Management, and Client • Must have excellent organizational skills and be adaptable to various needs of various discipline groups • Ability to interact with Vendors and Clients, ability to deal with people independent of the hierarchical, professional, or social level, influence constructively, and demonstrate respect for individuality, understanding, and coexistence
