• Operate the weighbridge and record accurate vehicle weights for incoming and outgoing loads. • Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all weighbridge transactions. • Address inquiries from drivers, clients, or staff about weight discrepancies and delays. • Ensure compliance with HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment) standards and regulatory requirements. • Monitor weighbridge functionality and coordinate maintenance or calibration as needed. • Support overall operational efficiency and perform any other assigned duties.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management, Business Administration, or a related field. • Previous experience in weighbridge operations, logistics, or data entry-especially in the agricultural sector-is an advantage. • Strong understanding of weighbridge regulations and compliance standards. • Proficient in English and Kiswahili. • High attention to detail, accuracy, and record-keeping. • Good communication and customer service skills. • Willingness to work shifts, longer hours during peak seasons, and in both indoor and outdoor settings. • Ability to travel to other sites and perform occasional manual tasks.
